Popsicle Molds or a 9*9 pan OR a loaf pan OR any freezer safe dish.
Ingredients
3sliceswhite bread(remove crust for a smoother kulfi, but yummy with too)
50gslivered pistachios (⅓ cup)
300mlcondensed milk
350mlevaporated milk
250ml full fat cream (1 cup)
¼tspsalt
Instructions
Blend until smooth .
Transfer to your container of choice and freeze till firm. Keeps well for up to 6 months.
Tip: If using a loaf tin or if you want to serve it pre sliced then lining the dish with plastic wrap makes for easier removal.
Notes
For extra oomph top it with caramel crunch before serving: take ⅓ cup sugar and caramelize it stovetop, add in a few tbsp of chopped nuts, and then finely chop when cooked (or do a quick run through a mini food processor!)
